Chris McIntosh began his career with Mastercam and post processor development after graduating from the University of Waterloo in 2005. After specializing in post processors, Chris's career grew into a technology management position where he worked closely with Mastercam technical support, post processor development, IT, and robotics applications groups.

Chris then applied his engineering, CAD/CAM, and management background at an offline robotics programming software startup. Acting as the technical lead, he was responsible for the both technical applications and software development groups which brought new manufacturing software to market.

In 2017 Chris joined Postability with an aim to utilize his passion for technology and years of manufacturing experience to help serve the Mastercam community.

Tim Scott started his career providing Mastercam users with inside technical support and quickly advancing into the field as a Mastercam AE.

His aptitude for NC programming and machining helped him progress to a role as an AE with Mazak Canada where he was promoted to Applications Manager.

Tim joined Postability in 2017. In his role as our VP, Sales & Support Tim uses his profound knowledge of Mastercam, post processing, and machine tools to assist clients with complex applications sales and support.

Maude's introduction to the CNC world began when she joined Canada’s Mastercam Distributor In-House Solutions in 1999, as a Customer Service Representative for Mastercam clients located in Ontario, Canada.

Her role quickly transitioned to Inside Sales Representative where she joined the top selling sales force for the Greater Toronto Area, with over 1000 Mastercam clients. With her team comprised of Mastercam Sales staff, technical support specialists and onsite trainers, she played an integral part in coordinating each new Mastercam software sale, as well as managing all existing clients’ needs.

With over a decade of experience with the Mastercam product line, Maude joined Postability in 2017 to spearhead and implement Postability's new PostCare maintenance program. With her enthusiasm and professionalism, Maude has gained the trust of the global Mastercam Reseller channel, and has quickly broadened her multifaceted role to become a crucial part of Postability operations.

Joey joined Postability in 2018 after graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Program at the University of Waterloo. Through the Co-Operative Program at the University, he had the opportunity of working & learning from experienced trade employees at well-known corporations such as PepsiCo, Magna International, and Toyota Canada.

From leading operations to improving preventative maintenance programs, and managing multiple development projects simultaneously, Joey was quick to amass strong problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills as well as leadership & mentoring aptitudes, which were all demonstrated a short time after joining the Post Development Team.

Promoted to Post Team Leader in 2021, Joey now oversees the onboarding, training, and continued progress development of new Associate Post Developers, as well as overall team projects & workload management.
